Champions League: Barcelona thrashed Russia's allies, Atalanta won in Germany, former Dynamo opponent secured first victory.

The match in Belgrade proved to be more difficult for Barcelona than expected. Inigo Martínez opened the scoring with a goal from a set-piece, but former Stuttgart forward Silas Wamangituka caught the Catalans off-guard by exploiting their attempt at an offside trap, leveling the score. However, just before halftime, Robert Lewandowski restored Barcelona’s lead, pouncing on the rebound after Raphinha’s shot hit the post. In the second half, Lewandowski scored his 99th goal in the Champions League, bringing his tally to 19 goals in 16 matches this season.
Atalanta secured an away victory over Stuttgart thanks to the well-practiced connection between Lookman and De Ketelaere, which had made the difference in their previous away match against Napoli (3-0). In that game, the Belgian provided two assists, while the Nigerian scored. In Germany, Lookman found the net once again, this time after a pass from De Ketelaere, who came on at halftime, from the right side of the penalty area. The goal came as a result of Atalanta’s high pressing, particularly from Kossounou. The central defender, who has experience in the Bundesliga, was forced to come off in the 13th minute due to an injury to Kolasinac.
